业主视角下的工程项目BIM应用风险及合同对策研究

BIM（Building Information Modeling）技术在提升工程项目效益的同时，其应用风险也不容忽视。业主作为 BIM 应用的最大受益方，同时也是 BIM 应用风险的主要承担者，为此，系统分析业主方 BIM 应用的风险并提出相应的对策具有重要意义。基于文献总结出包含 6 个类别的 13 种 BIM 技术应用风险，通过问卷调查及网络分析法（ANP）探索了各类风险的重要性，确立了各类风险因素权重。研究表明:业务管理模式风险、投资收益风险、参与风险和数据泄露风险是 BIM 应用的四大主要风险。并基于 BIM 标准合同提出了业主可采用的合同控制措施，提升了业主方系统管理 BIM 应用风险的能力。

BIM Application Risks and Contract Countermeasures in EngineeringProjects: A Study from the Perspective of Owners

Although BIM technology improves the benefits of Engineering projects，its application risks can not be ignored. As thebiggest beneficiary of BIM application，the owner is also the primary risk bearer of BIM application. Therefore，it is of greatsignificance to systematically analyze the risks of BIM application and put forward the corresponding countermeasures from theperspective of owner . First，6 categories covering 13 types of BIM technology application risks are summarized based on previousliterature. Second，the importance of various risks is explored through questionnaire survey and network analysis （ANP），and theweights of various risk factors are evaluated. The results show that business management model risk，investment return risk，participation risk and data leakage risk are the four major risks of BIM application. Finally，based on standard BIM contract，thecontrol measures are put forward，which improves the owners’ ability to manage BIM application risk systematically.
