| 摘 要： | 为研究现阶段我国建筑市场信用评价与工程履约担保之间的耦合关系，充分发挥这两种市场调节手段对建筑市场健康发展的促进作用，构建了信用评价与工程履约担保的耦合协调度评价模型，基于全国 15 省市的相关调查数据，建立了评价指标体系，并借助 Matlab 软件进行计算。结果表明:目前我国建筑市场信用评价与工程履约担保的发展正处于中度耦合协调状态。

| Abstract: | To study the coupling relationship between credit evaluation and engineering performance guarantee of current China’sconstruction market，and make full use of the promotion effect of these two market adjustment methods on the healthy developmentof the construction market，this study establishes a coupling coordination evaluation model of credit evaluation and engineeringperformance guarantee. Based on the relevant data surveys of 15 provinces and cities nationwide，an evaluation index system isestablished and calculated by Matlab software. The results show that the development of China’s construction market creditevaluation and engineering performance guarantee is in a state of moderate coupling and coordination. |
