摘    要:本文以六氯化钨和乙醇为主要原料, 采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了WO3 非晶态电致变色薄膜, 研究了WO3 薄膜的结构、化学组成、电致变色性能, 结果表明用该法制备的非晶态WO3 薄膜具有良好的电致变色特性

Abstract:Amorphous WO 3 electrochromic films have been prepared by the Sol Gel method using tungsten(VI)fluoride and ethanol as main material .The chemical constructure and constitution and the properities of electrochromic are investigated.The results show that the amorphous WO 3 electrocharomic films prepared by this method have betlre electrochromicing properities.
