摘    要:提出了一种将铝离子引入磷酸锌结构的方法。使用正交试验分析及粒径分布分析,优选出最优的反应条件参数,获得收率为 95.3%、中值粒径 d(0.5)为 1.529 μm的磷酸锌铝;使用硅烷偶联剂改性的磷酸锌铝颗粒微细、大小均匀。将改性磷酸锌铝制成水性环氧底漆与水性丙烯酸防锈漆 并进行耐盐雾及贮存性测试,结果表明:改性磷酸锌铝比磷酸锌表现出更好的抑泡性能与防锈性能;探讨了磷酸锌铝的防锈机理,推测磷酸锌铝与金属基材表面形成了电化学抑制 -物理隔绝的综合防腐蚀体系。获得的磷酸锌铝产物在水性防锈涂料中具备较好的使用前景。

Abstract:A method of introducing aluminium ion into zinc phosphate structure wasproposed in order to provide better application prospects of zinc aluminium phosphate in waterborne anti-rust coatings. The reaction parameters were optimized by orthogonal experiments and analysis of particle size distribution,with a conversion rate of 95.3% and d(0.5)1.529 μm.The product was characterized by use of SEM and found that the silane couplingagent could be bonded with zinc aluminium phosphate closely,and the particles of modifiedzinc aluminium phosphate were fine and uniform in size. Waterborne epoxy primer and waterborne acrylic anti-rust paint were prepared based on the modified zinc aluminium phosphate and tested for salt spray and storage. The results showed that the modified zincaluminium phosphate provided better foam inhibition and anti-rust performance than zincphosphate. The anti-rust mechanism of zinc aluminium phosphate was discussed. It was suggested that a comprehensive anti-rust mechanism of electrochemical inhibition-physicalbarrier was formed between zinc aluminium phosphate and metal surface.
