柔性连接水平泵注采一体化工艺研究与应用

注蒸汽热采降黏是用于稠油、超稠油油藏开发的主要方式，对于蒸汽吞吐热采井举升一般采用有杆 泵注采一体化技术，实现一趟管柱注汽、转抽生产，达到减少热损失、提高产量、减少作业费用的目的。现有常规注 采一体化工艺因受油井井斜、产出液黏度影响，在大斜度井、水平井中应用存在抽油杆柱缓下、抽油泵易卡泵不能 正常举升生产问题；因抽油泵下泵深度受限，造成沉没度小、中后期供液不足，降低了轮次周期产量。文章提出了 以柔性连接水平泵为核心的注采一体化新技术，通过研究双级异径柔性连接柱塞、开式悬挂串联泵筒结构的注采 一体化水平抽油泵，配套井口悬挂注采一体化转换技术，实现有杆抽油泵下深到水平段注汽、转抽、生产，最大限度 提高注蒸汽吞吐周期产量。现场应用效果表明，该技术实现了抽油泵下深到水平井 Ａ靶点生产，在减少蒸汽注入 量条件下，能有效延长轮次生产周期及产液量，为注采周期较短的中浅层稠油区块的大斜度、水平井注采一体化生 产提供了举升新技术。

R & D,AND APPLICATION OF INTEGRATED INJECTION-PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY BY FLEXIBLY CONNECTED HORIZONTAL PUMP

For heavy oil reservoirs, steam cycling is mainly applied to enhance oil recovery. In order to reduce heat loss and operation cost, integrated injection and production tubing string is usually utilized. In highly deviated wells or horizontal wells there present such problems as slow rod fall and pump stuck, which limit the pump setting depth and submergence depth, resulting in decline in oil output for each steam cycle. Here in this paper a new integrated injection-production technology is introduced, it is based on a flexibly linked horizontal pump featured with two-stage different-diameter flexible connectors. The newly developed subsurface pump, together with supporting wellhead rod hanging and injection-production conversion measures, is capable of being set at the horizontal section to maximize the oil production per steam-injection cycle. Field tests have verified the feasibility of the pump being set at target A of horizontal wells and indicate that the pump has increased oil output per cycle even when steam injection reduced. It provides a new integrated injection-production technology for highly inclined or horizontal mid-shallow heavy oil wells.
