浅谈矿热炉生产的锰硅合金中硫元素的控制

摘    要:为达到降本增效的目的,在12.5 MVA矿热炉锰硅合金生产中使用普通高硫焦炭替代高价低硫焦炭。经过一段时间的工业生产试验,取得了大量数据。通过数据分析得出,使用低硫原料,控制炉渣中A1_2O_3含量,并对锰硅铁水进行动态镇静控制,可生产出合格的锰硅产品。

Abstract:In order to reduce cost and increase benefits,used the common high sulphur coke instead of the previous low sulphur coke of high price to produce MnSi by 12.5 MVA submerged arc furnace.Plenty of data was obtained after a period of industrial production test.Through the analysis of data,using low sulfur raw material charging as far as possible, well controlling the Al_2O_3 content in slag,and dynamically calming the MnSi molten iron.In this way,the qualified products can be produced.
