摘    要:在压裂工艺中,压裂液质量的好坏在压裂效果中取着决定性的作用,而压裂液是通过搅拌罐在不同的工况下按照不同的比例将支撑剂和工作介质混合而成的.要为了研究在大排量混砂车上如何以更短的时间,更高的效率将支撑剂和工作介质等混合均匀,要针对搅拌罐的结构进行优化.利用正交试验法和流场模拟方法,对搅拌罐的结构进行优化.首先对数值模拟方案设计,并对所分析的流场进行数值模拟计算,并对试验结果分析,得到了一系列关于搅拌罐模型结构尺寸的优化结论.

Abstract:The fracturing technology,the qualitity of the fracturing fluid,which is mixed by the working mediums and propping agents in the different proportions and under the differnt conditions,play a vital role in the fracturing effect.In order to study how to mix the working mediums and propping agents well-distributed in less time, higher efficiency in the high-emission fracturing blender,we should optimize the structure of the blender.Now orthogonal test method and fluent flow field simulation are applied to make optimum design of the structure of the blender.First an optimum design for numerical simulation projects is done,then numerical simulation and computation to the flow field analyzed are made.Finally,a series of optimum conclusions concerning the size of the blender model structure are obtained after analyzing experimental test.
