浅析低碳锰硅合金碳质炉眼炉衬损坏的原因

摘    要:基于低碳锰硅合金生产工艺特征,结合生产实际对造成炉眼炉衬损坏的原因进行了分析,寻求生产低碳锰硅合金延长炉眼使用寿命的措施,提出结合炉衬整体水冷技术,应用炉眼间接水冷技术延长炉眼使用寿命作为今后炉眼炉衬新技术的研究方向。

Abstract:Based on LC MnSi production process characteristics,combined with the actual production,analyzed the reasons of furnace eye lining damaged,found out the countermeasures of prolonging service of furnace eye when LC MnSi was produced,put forward the new industrial research of furnace eye that is to use indirect water-coding technology to prolong the life of fumace eye comlined with the whole water-coding techndogy in future.
