摘    要:本文考虑到了地区洪水统计特性的均一性和非均一性之间的协调及地区信息与单站信息相结合所产生的正效益和负效益之间的平衡,把适用于均一地区的指标洪水(Index flood)估计法,经过改进、修正,移用到非均一地区,从而建议了一种估计 P—Ⅲ型分布参数的区域概率权重矩法。统计试验的结果证明,区域概率权重矩法估计的设计值,其无偏性与单站概率权重矩法相当,有效性较单站概率权重矩法优.

Abstract:Considering the relationship between homogeneity and heterogeneity of regional flood statistics and the relationship between reduced positive gain and negative gain due to that at-site data combine with regional data,the Index Flood method has been improved and used into heterogeneous regions.The me- thod of regional probability weighted moments(RPWM) was proposed to estima- te the parameters of P3 distribution.The results of Moute Cailo show that the quantiles estimated by RPWM are ahnost the same as PWM's in bias and are better than PWM's in efficiency.
