| Abstract: | The permanent theme for existence and development of construction companies is to focus on engineering project management, strengthen construction cost control and enhance contract benefit. At present, some aspects of cost management and control of construct companies cannot satisfy the market economic development. To establish perfect, scientific and reasonable cost control system is the key to existence and development of companies, which is important to enhance the management level of construction project. |
