光学电压传感器探头的电场计算与分析

摘    要:概述了光学电压传感器的原理与结构类型,并着重计算分析了传感器探头的方形、八边形和圆形晶体分别在平板电极和圆弧电极中的电场分布。模拟计算结果得出,采用不同形状的电光晶体和电极组合,可以改善晶体内外电场分布的均匀性,减弱电场的集聚效应,从而有效地提高耐压和测量的稳定性及准确度。

Abstract:The theory and structure of the optical voltage transducer is introduced in this paper, which focuses on the electric field calculation and analysis of the sensors with different shapes of crystals under flat electrodes and arcual ones respectively. According to the calculated results, the uniformity of electric field distribution can be improved and the centralization effect can be reduced by means of the combination of different crystal shapes with different shapes of electrodes. So the withstand voltage and the stability and the accuracy of the measurement could be increased effectively.
