八角籽仁油GC-MS分析和急性毒性试验

摘    要:以石油醚为溶剂提取八角籽仁油,通过GC—MS分析了八角籽仁油中脂肪酸的组成及含量,并对八角籽仁油进行了急性毒性试验。结果表明,八角籽仁油中亚油酸含量34.658%,油酸含量34.986%,棕榈酸含量17.838%,山嵛酸含量4.096%,硬脂酸含量4.093%,花生酸含量1.550%,二十四碳酸含量1.336%;不饱和脂肪酸占69.644%,饱和脂肪酸占28.913%。急性毒性试验初步确定八角籽仁油小鼠最小致死量和最大耐受量均大于40mL/kg。

Fatty acid composition analysis of the seed oil of Illicium verum Hook. f.by GC- MS and acute toxicity test

Abstract:Using petroleum ether as solvent to extract the oil in the seed of the Illicium verum Hook. f. was researched. The fatty acid composition and content of the oil were analyzed by GC - MS. The relative content of fatty acid of the Illicium verum Hook. f. seed oil was linoleic acid 34. 658% ,oleic acid 34. 986%, palmitic acid 17. 838%, docosanoic acid 4. 096% , stearic acid 4. 093%, eicosanoic acid 1. 550% and tetracosanoic acid 1. 336%, among which the unsaturated fatty acids and saturated fatty acids were 69. 644% and 28. 913% ,respectively. The acute toxicity test preliminary showed that the least fatal dose and the maximum tolerance dose of Illicium verum Hook. f. seed oil were more than 40 mL/kg in mice.
