摘    要:利用盐酸浸取磷矿石 ,通过优化各工艺参数 ,控制有害杂质的浸出 ,实现了盐酸萃取磷酸的清洁工艺。过滤后的稀磷酸 ,不需添加任何除氟剂 ,就可以生产出符合行标要求的饲料级磷酸氢钙 ,其中的氟质量分数可低至 0 .0 41 % ,远低于 0 .1 8%的行业标准。矿石中的氟总量有 72 %集中在滤渣中 ,使滤渣中的氟质量分数达到 1 8.1 2 % ,这样全面回收利用氟元素成为可能

Abstract:This paper has studied the cleaning process for extracting phosphoric acid that is produced by hydrochloric acid by means of optimizing several technology parameters so decreasing the dissolve of detrimental impurity. Utilizing this process, after filtration, phosphoric acid can directly produce feed-grade calcium biphosphate that meet the trade standard without any free-fluorin agents. According to the result of the experiment, the percentage of fluorin in feed-grade calcium biphosphate is not more than 0.1 %. This number much less than request of the trade standard 0.18 %. The 72 % of fluorin element in phosphorite are concentrated in residue of filtration in which the percentage of fluorin amounts to 18.12 %. Thus it is possible to reclaim the fluorin element completely .
