PDC钻头焊前焊后处理工艺的试验研究

摘    要:PDC钻头焊前脱水方式、焊后炉中冷却初温与冷却时间等工艺参数的合理选择是提高PDC钻头焊接强度的基础。通过室内正交实验,研究了上述工艺参数与PDC焊接面抗剪切强度的关系,确定了各工艺参数的优化值。

Abstract:The treatment technology before and after welding of PDC bit is the main factor which affects the welding strength. Based on a series of indoor experiments, we study the relationship between welding treatment and welding strength in this paper, and obtain optimal welding treatment.
