一种基于PID控制的锅炉动态水温单回路控制系统

摘    要:建立了一个锅炉动态水温单回路控制系统。首先根据热力学定理建立了锅炉动态水温模型;其次运用MATLAB对积分分离PID控制算法和变速积分PID控制算法进行仿真,最后运用A3000过程控制实验系统建立了锅炉动态水温单回路控制系统,并完成实验。实验结果表明:实验所建立的锅炉动态水温单回路控制系统能够很好的满足控制性能指标,并且该系统有较好的动态跟随性能。

Abstract:This paper establishes a single return route system of dynamic water temperature boiler based on PID control. First it establishes the model according to thermodynamics theorem; Next it separates the PID control algorithm and the speed change integral PID control algorithm using MATLAB to the integral carries on the simulation. Finally it establishes the system by using A3000 process control experiment system, and completes the experiment. The experimental result indicated: The experiment establishes the boiler dynamic water temperature single return route control system can very good satisfy the control performance target, and lifts system has the good dynamic followed performance.
