复合掺合料掺量及水胶比对混凝土强度的影响

摘    要:在原有试验的基础上, 以复合掺合料中的矿粉与粉煤灰的比为 1B1 作为前提, 研究了不同复合掺合料掺量及 水胶比对混凝土抗压强度的影响, 为工程施工和试验室配比提供参考依据。对于同一掺量不同水胶比的混凝土试 块, 试块的抗压强度在水胶比均匀减小的情况下是近似均匀增大的; 水胶比较大的试块抗压强度的变化幅度高于水 胶比较小的试块。对于同一水胶比不同掺量的试块抗压强度来说, 在复合料掺量逐渐减少的情况下, 同一水胶比试 块强度的变化幅度也是随之相应减小的。文章综合考虑混凝土的和易性和经济等方面, 提出了工程施工中常用的 混凝土标号的水胶比和复合掺合料掺量。

Abstract:T he article is on the base of the original test, there is a prerequisite that the composite admixture ratio of mineral powder and fly ash is 1: 1, study in impact of concrete strength on the different amount of admixture and water 2binder ratio, it is can provide a reference basis for engi2 neering construction and laboratory mix ratio. For the concrete block of the same amount of admixture but different water 2binder ratio, as the water2binder ratio evenness decreased the concrete strength is also approximately evenness increase; the change range of strength of larger wa2 ter 2binder block is higher than smaller water 2binder. For the concrete block of the same water 2binder ratio but different amount of admixture, the change range of strength of the same water 2binder ratio block is reduced along with admixture is gradually reduced. T he article considers the workability of concrete and economy, proposing water 2binder block and amount of admixture that used commonly composite admixture content in engineering construction.
