南水北调来水对北京市供水的影响

摘    要:南水北调工程对于调节水资源的区域性分布差异, 具有非常重要的现实意义, 被视为是解决北京市缺水的根 本性措施。基于多年来和近年来北京市用水需求和可供水量实际数据, 对北京市水资源供需平衡进行了分析。研 究认为北京市水资源供需严重失衡, 每年需要过度开采 10 余亿 m 3 的地下水才能满足用水需要。南水北调中线工 程投入使用之后, 能够为北京市提供年均 10 亿 m 3 的供水能力, 在一定程度上缓解北京市的供水紧张局面, 并且对 北京市的供水水质、 供水保证率、 供水价格等都有着较为深远的影响。为实现北京市水资源的最大化利用, 提出了 水资源优化配置方案。

Abstract:T he South2to2North Water T ransfer Project has very important practical significance in adjusting the regional distribution difference of water resources and in solving the water shortage in Beijing. Based on the water consumption and supply of Beijing city in the past long term and recent y ears, it is realised that the water consumption and supply of Beijing city is undergoing very serious unbalance, for which about more than one billion m 3 of extra underground water need to ex tract in order to meet the balance. The South2to2North Water Tranfer Project can supply one billion m 3 of water for Beijing city, which can remit the shortag e of water supply in some extent. T he south to north water tranfer project has g reat influence on the water quality, water supply insurance ratio, water price and etc. Finally, the rational and optimizing water distribution and utilization schame are proposed in order to use the water resources of Beijng city in maximum.
