| 摘 要： | 同单一水库生态调度相比, 梯级水库生态调度的影响范围更广、 调度目标更多、 涉及的利益群体更复杂。为此, 提出了梯级水库多维均衡生态调控的基本概念, 简要分析了其基本内涵和理论基础, 形成了多维均衡生态调控的概念模型, 并初步构建了梯级水库生态调控的技术体系。

| Abstract: | Compared with the ecological regulation of single reservoir, the scope of the influence of the cascade reservoirs is broader, targets aremore and interest groups involved are more complicated. So, this paper presents the basic concepts of multi 2dimensional balanced ecological regu2lation of cascade reservoirs, analyses its basic connotation and theoretical foundation, forms a conceptual model of multi 2dimensional balance eco2logical regulation, and constructs the technological system of ecological regulation of the cascade reservoirs initially. |
