停刊水文年鉴汇编数据系统研制

摘    要:鉴于水文年鉴资料的重要性、 用户需求的迫切性以及重要文献存档的必要性, 2002 年水利部决定逐步恢复全 国各卷册5水文年鉴6的刊印工作。为了提高水文年鉴复刊工作的效率, 保证成果质量, 提出了停刊水文年鉴汇编数 据系统的研制框架及实现方法。系统可以完成从不同保存介质水文数据的批量入库, 到数据的检验和校核, 再到汇 编刊印, 这一停刊5水文年鉴6复刊工作的全过程。对其他需要复刊的卷册, 具有重要的借鉴和参考意义。

Abstract:As its importance, urgency of user requirement and necessity of important documents archiving, the Ministry of Water Resources decid2 ed to resume publication of hydrological year book gradually in 2002. In order to improve the worker performance and accuracy of resume publi2 cation, a frame and calculation method of the system of compilations of data for the discontinued hydrological year book was proposed in this pa2 per. T he proposed system can accomplish the entire procedure in the resume publication of hydrological year book,which includes putted into da2 tabase of bulk data with a variety of preserved mediators, verification and checked of hydrological data, compilations of data and publication. It al2 so has a certain reference value for the similar work.
