| 摘 要： | 鉴于水文年鉴资料的重要性、 用户需求的迫切性以及重要文献存档的必要性, 2002 年水利部决定逐步恢复全
国各卷册5水文年鉴6的刊印工作。为了提高水文年鉴复刊工作的效率, 保证成果质量, 提出了停刊水文年鉴汇编数
据系统的研制框架及实现方法。系统可以完成从不同保存介质水文数据的批量入库, 到数据的检验和校核, 再到汇
编刊印, 这一停刊5水文年鉴6复刊工作的全过程。对其他需要复刊的卷册, 具有重要的借鉴和参考意义。
