摘    要:结合广西地区饮用水源保护的实际情况设计了一种新型的可视化远程监控系统可实现无人值守在线可靠监控, 主要用于水源地现场可视化反馈并协助执法人员对水源地进行有效的监管保护, 获取各种周围环境信息, 并通过执行器进行遥控。终端装置采用 STM32F103RBT6 单片机控制, 并通过 GPRS 网络接入局域网与联网的 PC 主机进行网络通信, 配有 OV2640 摄像头与各种传感器以获取现场图片与各种参数。该设计在满足应用要求的情况下, 尽可能降低设备成本。通过对传统监控方案改进, 新方案具有一定的潜在应用前景。

Abstract:In order to prevent water quality decline, Government promote drinking water source protection. However, the following three factorsled to poor supervision. A small number of staff face the vast area, and remote areas were lack of monitoring facilities and information technolo2gy, and common monitoring equipment is too ex pensive to be widely used. According to the fact in Guangxi, a new type of visual remote onlinemonitoring system was designed for assisting law enforcement officers to carry out effective protection of water source. It was unattended andmainly used for visual feedback on the scene, obtaining outside information and simple remote control through actuator. the sy stem terminal de2vices were controlled by STM32F103RBT6 microcontroller which communicated with the host computer and the communication is realizedthrough GPRS network access the host network. OV2640 camera and sensors were used as terminal device to obtain site pictures and equipmentoperating parameters. in order to expand application of the new type monitoring sy stem, the design not only met the application requirements butalso reduced equipment costs. It''s potential application value was obtained by using new technology.
