| 摘 要： | 介绍了远程图像监控及智能报警系统功能，特点以及在牡丹江电业局110kV中心，北郊无人值班变电所的现场应用情况，指出系统具有自诊断功能，系统故障自动隔离功能，抗雷击和过电压保护功能，运行证明，系统功能良好，满足各项技术指标。对提高电力企业现代化管理水平，确保无人值班变电所安全运行具有一定现实意义。

| Abstract: | The functions and characteristics of remote video monitoring and intelligent warning system and their applications at the 110 kV center of Mudanjiang Electric Power Burea and the northern unattended substation are presented. It is pointed out that this system has the function of self diagnosis, the system fault automatic isolation function, the anti lightning and overvoltage protection function. Operation show that the system performs well and satisfies and the technical requirements. This system can be used to improve the management of power enterprises and makes the substations without watchmen safer. |
