摘    要:利用O/W型乳化添加非溶剂法,制备了水溶性药物复合高分子微胶囊,实验所选择的核物质为茶碱,壳物质为乙基纤维素。本研究选用甲苯为溶剂,环己烷为非溶剂,探讨了高分子溶液浓度、核物质与壳物质比例等对核物质的溶出速率及动力学的影响。实验结果表明,核物质的溶出速率受高分子溶液的浓度及核物质与壳物质比值的影响较大,其速率随高分子溶液浓度及核物质与壳物质比值的增加而增加,其释放方式大多同时符合一阶动力学模式及Higuchi间质化模式。

Abstract:An O/W emulsion non solvent addition method was used to prepare ehtylcellulose(EC) microcapsules of water soluble pharmaceuticals (theophylline).The solvent and non-solvent used in this were toluene and cyclohexane,respectively.The effects of polymer concentration,core wall ratio and particle size on the kinetic model as well as the dissolution rate of the drug were investigated.The results show that the dissolution rate increase as polymer concentration and core wall ratio. The microcapsules prepared from different processes are profiled first order and Higuchi matrix models.
