二元可燃混合液体自燃点的实验与理论预测

摘    要:为了研究二元可燃混合液体自燃点变化规律并对混合液体自燃点进行预测,采用AITTA 551 自燃点测试仪对不同组分和配比的168组二元可燃混合液体的自燃点进行了测定。根据基团贡献法原理,在纯物质自燃点理论预测模型的基础上,对模型进行改进,提出更适用于二元混合液体自燃点的预测模型,并采用多元非线性回归方法进行拟合,建立了二元可燃混合液体自燃点预测模型。模型对训练集和测试集预测平均绝对误差分别为20.1042℃和25.9045℃,平均绝对百分误差分别为5.18%和7.25%, 整体预测误差在实验允许误差范围之内。模型对烷-烷和醇-醇二元混合体系预测效果最佳,对含有苯环的混合体系预测能力一般。本文为可燃混合液体自燃点的理论预测提供了一种新的有效方法。

Abstract:In order to study and predict the auto-ignition temperature(AIT) of binary flammable liquid mixtures, the AITs of 166 sets of binary flammable liquid mixtures composed of different components and volume ratios were measured by AITTA 551 auto-ignition temperature tester in this research. An AIT prediction model of binary liquid mixtures was proposed on the basis of pure substance AIT prediction model according to the principle of group contribution method. The detailed model was established by multiple nonlinear regression method (MNR). The mean absolute errors of training set and test set were 20.1042℃ and 25.9045℃, respectively, corresponding to the mean absolute percentage errors of 5.18% and 7.25%. The results showed that the predicted AITs were in good agreement with the experimental data. The best prediction effect was observed on alkane-alkane and alcohol-alcohol systems by further analysis. For the mixed system containing benzene ring, the performance of the model was mediocre. An effective method was provided for predicting the AIT of flammable liquid mixtures in this paper.
