沿海挡潮闸冲淤减淤调度运用关键技术研究

摘    要:修建于河口的挡潮闸会改变该地区原有的水动力条件,长时间后会造成闸下港道淤积,河床抬高,过水面积减小,大幅度降低挡潮闸的泄洪能力。为有效解决这一问题,通过多年来对闸门不同开启方式的大量试验和探索,提出了利用上游来水冲淤、潮汐动力冲淤、不同闸控方式冲淤等一系列技术措施和闸群运行调度方式。研究表明,调节闸孔出流,充分利用有限的水源进行水力冲淤,是挡潮闸冲淤保港诸多技术手段中最直接、最便捷、最经济的实用措施,可以明显提高冲淤减淤效果,保障挡潮闸发挥有效作用。

Abstract:The tidal barrier built at an estuary is to change the original hydrodynamic condition therein and cause siltation of water-way, rise of river-bed, reduction of flow area under the barrier, thus greatly decrease the flood discharging capacity of it after the operation for a long period. In order to solve this problem, a series of technical measures and barrier group operation modes for the sediment-flushing, such as flushing with upstream inflow, flushing with tidal power, flushing with various barrier control modes, etc., are put forward through a lot of experiments and researches made on various opening modes of the tidal barrier for many years. The study shows that regulating the outflow from the outlet of the barrier and fully utilizing the limited water therein for flushing sediment with water power are the most direct, most convenient and most economic ones among so many technical measures for the actual operation, which can significantly enhance the sediment-flushing and de-silting effect and guarantee the barrier to play its effective role.
