| Abstract: | Samples of PVC/ACR alloy with different blending ratio were prepared, and the mechanic properties and processability of PVC/ACR alloy were studied. The results showed that the ACR impact resistant modifier improved largely the impact strength of PVC while other properties almost remain undamaged, the PVC/ACR alloy had an excellent comprehensive property, processing condition has great effect on the ultimate properties of PVC/ACR alloy, super fine filler with correct parts could reduced the cost of PVC/ACR alloy and improve the properties of the alloy further. |
