| 摘 要： | 乙烯顺丁橡胶装置聚合釜因其介质关系,对密封的使用及性能提出了较高的要求,实际应用与试验证明,一般填料密封不适合聚合釜使用。以填料密封与波纹管机械密封的组合形式,可解决聚合釜密封的泄漏问题,延长密封的检修时间,为装置增加较好的效益。

| Abstract: | Owing to the medium feature of polymeric kettle in ethylene polybutadiene rubber unit, the higher requirement of application and performance of seal was put forward. The actual application and testing proved that: the common packed seal was not suitable for use in poly-meric kettle . By the use of combination type of packed seal and bellow seal, the leakage problem of polymeric kettle seal could be solved, the repair period could be prolonged, the fairly good benefit result for the unit was raised. |
