摘    要:阐述了优化设计、轻型材料、合理工艺等三种减少发动机重量的方法,这些方法在6V150柴油机上得到了成功的应用,整机重量比预估的减少大约10%。

Abstract:The three methods of weight reduction for engine,such as optimum design,light material and rational technology,have been presented.These methods have been successfully applied to Model 6V150 diesel engine.It is estimated that about 10% reduction has been obtained.
