任意概率分布随机振动激励源的设计与实现

摘    要:随机振动台是航空航天产品重要的研制、鉴定、可靠性及生产试验设备,提高振动模拟试验的逼真性和振动试验的效果都需要产生非高斯分布的随机激励信号.本文对具有给定功率谱密度分布的非高斯随机振动激励信号的生成技术进行研究与分析,使数字式随机振动控制系统可以同时具有频谱和幅度分布的控制能力.给出了采用数字信号处理技术高精度和快速地产生任意概率分布的随机振动时域激励信号的方法.采用这种方法得到的宽带随机信号的信噪比可达到70 dB,可用于精密随机振动台的驱动控制信号,准确地实现被试验产品的模拟实验.计算机仿真和实验结果也证实了该方法的正确性和有效性.

Abstract:Random shaker is the important equipment for aeronautics and astronautics products in engineering development, qualification, production and reliability tests. To enhance the reality and effectiveness of vibration stimulation test, it is necessary to generate random driving signals with non-Gaussian distribution. This paper studies the technique of generating non-Gaussian and random vibration driving signals with a specified power spectral density, which enables the vibration control systems to have control capability in both frequency and amplitude domains. The random signal generating algorithm based on digital signal processing has high accuracy and real-time capability. The signal-to-noise ratio of the generated wide band random signal reaches to 70 dB, and it can be used in any accurate random vibration driving and simulation test system. Computer simulation and experiment test results validate the method.
