| Abstract: | Fujian and East China Power system has favorable conditions of mutual compensation on energy resources.This paper analyzes tbe features,necessity and benefit of interconnection betwwn these two power systems.The major technical problems,the charateristics and feasibility of necessary transmission links,as well as the capital investment and firancial assessment are also discussed. |
