裂解汽油二段加氢催化剂LY-9802性能评价及应用

摘    要:以Co,Mo,Ni为活性组分,改性Al2O3为载体,采用浸渍法制备出裂解汽油二段加氢催化剂LY-9802。在360mL绝热床评价装置上,对该催化剂与进口同类型催化剂进行了性能对比实验,并在34万t/a汽油加氢装置上进行了工业应用。结果表明,LY-9802催化剂的加氢、脱硫及稳定性能均优于进口催化剂;在工业装置上稳定运转17个月,未进行再生,入口温度控制在273~283℃,加氢产品的溴价小于0.01g/g,含硫质量分数小于1×10^-6,床层温升集中在30~40℃。

Abstract:The catalyst LY-9802 for the second-stage pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation was prepared by impregnation method with Co,Mo,Ni as active constituents and modified Al2O3 as carrier.The performances of LY-9802 were compared with a same kind of imported catalyst in a 360mL adiabatic reactor evaluation device,and LY-9802 was applied in a 340kt/a gasoline hydrogenation plant.The results showed that the hydrogenation and desulfurization performances and stability of LY-9802 were superior to imported catalyst.The ca...
