| 摘 要： | 房地产“信息失真”问题是社会广泛关注的焦点。本文介绍了房地产信息失真的一般现象,运用微观信息经济学原理分析信息失真的原因,并对政府发展和完善房地产电子政务,有效解决信息失真问题提出建议。
