结晶罐搅拌流场及传热过程的数值模拟

摘    要:利用CFD技术分别对使用2种不同结构搅拌器的结晶罐内部流场进行详细分析,得到了结晶罐内的流场分布情况,基于流场分析结果获得搅拌功率等性能参数。同时通过流动与传热的非定常数值模拟,得到了结晶罐内壁面传热系数分布和强制冷却时结晶罐内部温度分布随时间的变化趋势,绘出结晶液冷却时的温度变化曲线,以上结果均可为该结晶罐搅拌器及换热结构的设计提供工程参考。图8表2参8

Abstract:Using computational fluid dynamics (CFD),the paper carried out detail analysis of internal fluid field in crystallizer with two-different-structure stirrer,and obtained the fluid field distribution in crystallizer,which led to get the stirring power etc. function paramefers. Besides through non-constant numerical simulation of fluid and heat transfer to obtain the distribution of heat transfer coefficient of crystallizer′s inner surface and the temperature distribution changing trend with the time in inner crystallizer,drew out the temperature changing curve during crystal liquid cooling preiod. The result mentioned above can be an engineering reference for design of stirrer in crystallizer and constructure of heat transfer.Ch,8 fig.2 tab.8 ref.]
