本文通过实践分析了在普通磨床上进行高光洁度磨削时产生波纹度的原因,并做了理论探讨,提出通过改装设备,采取合理的加工方法,优化切削参数,实现了高光洁度磨削之目的。为中小工厂利用现有设备进行高光洁度磨削提供参考和解决生产技术关键的方法,对实际生产有一定的技术经济意义。
