高质量A1145铝合金双零箔工艺研究

摘    要:通过对比两种合金成分对成品双零箔表面质量、力学性能、刷水性能等质量的影响,确定了A1145合金Fe、Si含量及w(Fe)/w(Si)比例.解决了传统双零箔材生产过程中经常遇到的轧制暗纹、组织条纹和成品退火耐温性较低等问题.最终提高了双零箔的表面质量、抗拉强度及伸长率,提高了双零箔的成品退火耐温性和除油效果.

Abstract:By compared the two kind alloy effecting of the surface, the mechanical properties,stickiness of double-zero foil,identified the contents of Fe Si and the ratio Fe Si of A1145 alloy composition.To solve the problem such as rolling dark crinkles,organization streak,finished lower annealing temperature of traditional double-zero foil production process.Finally raised on the surface quality,tensile strength and elongation of the foil,improve temperature annealing and degreasing effect of double zero foil.
