摘    要:管壳式换热器壳程流体的流动分析对壳程的结构设计至关重要,根据Tinker发表的壳程流体流动模型及其它相关资料,提出了在壳程折流板、管孔与换热管间隙、挡板以及挡管等结构设计中应注意的问题。

Abstract:The analysis of shell-side fluid flowing is quite important to shell-side construction design of shell-and-tube exchangers. According to Tinker's model of shell-side fluid flowing and reference material concerned,the method of shell-side construction design was recommended,which included baffles arrangement,sealing strips and dump tube installation and the pitch between tube and tube sheet selection.
