基于改进DelphiAHP法的多属性综合评价模型

针对一类基于大量问卷进行权重确定的多属性评价问题,从问卷数据的处理和比较矩阵的建立2个方面对Delphi-AHP法进行了改进,提出了基于指标等级隶属度模型和专家因素突出模型。通过实例分析讨论了方法改进前后的权重计算结果,得出了更加准确的军队技术院校人才培养目标综合评价模型,证明了改进方法的合理性,为同类问题的评价模型研究提出了新思路。

Multi-Attribute Comprehensive Evaluation Model Based on Improved Delphi-AHP

For a class of problems about weights determination in multi-attribute evaluation based on a large numkez of questionnaires,the Delphi-AHP is improved from two aspects of questionnaires data processing and the construction of comparison matric.And two mathematical models are proposed,one is based on grade membership degree of indicators,and the other is based on highlights of the main factors.The results of before and after improvement are discussed by example,obtaining a more accurate evaluation model.The rationality of improved is also proved,raising new ideas for the study of evaluation models of similar problems.
