固体硫酸铵-二氧化锆体系的红外光谱研究

摘    要:用真空红外光谱、吡啶吸附红外光谱技术对不同温度下用浸溃法制得的(NH4)2SO4-ZrO2样品进行了研究.并与催化性能作了关联.结果显示,热处理时在表面形成与酸性有关的S-Zr配合物随着温度的升高逐渐增大,当温度升至573K时,该配合物的含量及反应活性达到最大值.当温度超过573K时,配合物的反应活性由于高温分解而降低.

Abstract:NH4)2SO4-ZrO2, Prepared by impregnating and calciums at different temperarures, were observed using IR spectroscopy. The results from the obervation were correlated with the catalytic performance of the samples. It was found that a kind of surface S-Zr coordination complex was formed upon the thermal treatment. First, the amount of the complex increased whit increasing treatment temperature. When the temperature reached 573 K, the ameunt of S-Zr coordination complex had a maximun. In this case the catalytic activity of the sample was highest. When the temperature was ever 573 K, the surface S-Zr coordination complex decomped gradually with increasing treatment temperature further, and simultameously the catalytic activity of the samples decreased correspondingly.
