膜反应器对CO_2甲烷化反应性能的影响

摘    要:采用水蒸气选择渗透SiO2 复合膜及填充Ru/Al2 O3固定床催化剂 ,构成反应 -分离耦合的膜反应器 ,研究其对CO2 甲烷化反应性能的影响。相同反应条件下与管式固定床反应过程比较 ,膜反应器的转化率最大可提高 11%。通过对膜反应器数学模型的数值解析 ,考察渗透速率与反应速率之比等因素对平衡移动的影响 ,为无机膜的制备及膜反应器的设计提供依据。

Effects of Membrane Reactor on Reactivity of Methanation of Carbon Dioxide
Abstract:A reaction-separation coupled membrane reactor was used to study the methanation reaction of carbon dioxide with hydrogen.The experiments were carried out under the conditions of superficial space velocity 0.0323 ~0.132 s -1 ;molar ratio of H 2 to CO 2 in the feed gas,1~5;operating pressure,0.2 MPa absolute;temperature,473~723 K;and an effective membrane height of 7.0 cm formed by 10 0 g of Ru-catalyst and 45 0 g of alumina pellets packed in the annular region between two coaxial circular cylinders.The conversion of carbon dioxide with membrane reactor can be increased by a maximum of 11% over that of the fixed bed reactor.Through numerical analysis of the mathematical model of the membrane reactor,the effects of ratio γ H 2O of permeation rate to reaction rate on shift of chemical equilibrium was discussed.This will serve as a guide to the preparation of inorganic membrane and design of membrane reactor.
