针对建筑外墙渗漏通病,结合外墙施工成本案例实践,从设计、选材、施工三方面入手,分析了外墙渗漏的原因,提出了外墙渗漏的防治措施并作了具体阐述,着重介绍了外墙渗漏的综合治理方法,以期彻底解决外墙渗漏问题。

Tentative discussion on comprehensive governing of exterior building leakage

In light of common exterior building leakage, combining with exterior construction cost case, starting from three aspects of design, material selection and construction, this article analyzes causes of exterior building leakage, puts forward preventive measures of exterior building leakage, and makes specific illustration, and focuses on introducing comprehensive governing method for exterior building leakage, with a view to completely solve exterior leakage problem.
