混凝土钢纤维的掺量对声速和强度的影响

摘    要:通过对钢纤维混凝土各种配合比的试验,采用无损测量声速、常规测量测出混凝土的抗压强度,判别出混凝土超声速仪声速及强度的关系,结果基本相似,其趋势是一致的。从而对探测C40混凝土的建筑物在建造过程中或运行过程中出现的各种内部隐患、裂缝及其他破坏情况,提供了较有价值的参考数据。同时,并确定出钢纤维体积掺量的合理值,即:C40混凝土钢纤维的掺量应控制在1.0%~1.4%。

Abstract:Through a variety of steel fiber reinforced concrete with the ratio test, using non-destructive measurement of the speed of sound, measured by conventional measuring the compressive strength of concrete, determine the velocity of Ultrasonic speed detector and the intensity of the relationship, the results are similar, the trend is consistent. Thus, detection of C40 concrete buildings during construction or operation arising in the course of the various internal problems, cracks and other damage, to make a more valuable reference. At the same time, and determine the volume of steel fiber content of the reasonable value, namely : C40 concrete steel fiber content should be controlled at 1.0% to 1.4%.
