摘    要:聚合物敏感膜材料是声表面波(SAW)气体传感器应用最为广泛的膜材料。该文就聚合物敏感膜材料的吸附原理、物理性质以及线性溶解能关系(LESR)予以论述。给出了筛选和设计特种性能聚合物膜的方法.旨在为声表面波气体传感器选择或设计合适的聚合物敏感膜材料提供依据。

Abstract:Most of sorbent layers on surface acoustic wave vapor sensors are polymers. The absorption theory, physical characters and linear solvation energy relationship of polymer coatings were discussed in this paper. The methods of choosing and designing functional polymer were introduced on which basis to choose suitable polymers coatings for SAW vapor sensors.
