摘    要:植物提取物在催化剂(硝酸铈铵)存在下与单体丙烯酰胺发生接枝聚合,然后对接枝聚合物进行曼尼希改性.实验结果表明:改性后产物的泡沫性能比改性之前有较大改善.具体配比为:植物提取物5 g,丙烯酰胺加量为0.9~1.2 g时,接枝共聚物泡沫性能较佳;改性时丙烯酰胺与甲醛的摩尔数之比在1:0.4~1∶1.0范围内,泡沫性能较好.

Abstract:The plant extract and acrylamide is grafting polymerization in the presence of catalyst (cerium ammonium nitrate ),then modified the graft polymer via Mannich reaction.The experimental results showed that.Performance of the modified foam products have been greatly improved over prior to modification.Specific ratio is:the amount of plant extract is 5 g,and acrylamide is added 0.9-1.2 g,the graft copolymer has better foaming properties; when modified acrylamide and formaldehyde in the molar ratio is 1:0.4-1:1.0 range,the foam perfor- mance is better.
