基于工控机的非圆齿轮插齿数控加工技术研究

摘    要:在分析非圆齿轮特点和研究其数控加工技术的基础上,运用计算机编程技术离散其节曲线,开发出基于工控机的非圆齿轮数控加工系统,详细介绍了系统的硬件组成、插补方法和程序设计原理,并针对数控系统的实时性技术措施做了详细论述,该系统具有开放程度好、结构简单、可靠性高的特点,可实现多种非圆齿轮在线编程、仿真、实时加工与动态跟踪显示.

Abstract:On the base of analyzing the specialty of the non-circle gear and the technology of its numerical control machining, appling the computer programming technology to disperse the ellipse pitch curve, the non-circle gear numerical control machining system is developed based on industrial personal computer. The configuration of the system's hardware, the principle of interpolation and program designning are stated. The dissertation recountal the real-time technic measures of the NC system. The system's hardware has high openning degree, simple structrue and stable state. On-line programming, simulation, real-time machining and dynamic tracing display for non-circle gears can be conducted by means of this system.
