宁德核电厂全范围模拟机硬盘台系统设计

摘    要:根据核电厂全范围模拟机(简称FSS)的特点和控制室中硬盘台的功能要求,进行了宁德核电厂全范围模拟机硬盘台的总体方案设计;根据各盘台设备的电气特性、接线及安装要求,进行了硬盘台硬件(包括IO)系统的设计;根据IO系统的特点和模拟机的要求,进行了硬盘台软件的设计,确定了要实现的六项功能:IO通讯,日常维护,升级维护,开关校验,回放和虚拟盘台功能,并依次对它们进行了说明和对软件功能和性能的设计进行了介绍;通过实际应用证明,该设计满足了模拟机的要求.

Abstract:Based on the requirements of nuclear power plant full scope simulator (FSS) for the hard panel in the main control room in nuclear power plant (NPP), the primary solution of simulation of the hard panel in FSS is decided. The hardware of the hard panel is designed based on the electrical features of the device mounted on the hard panel and wiring and installation. Following hardware design, the software design of the hard panel is made based on the requirements of simulator and IO system specifics and the functionalities of IO data communication, daily maintenance, design update, replay, and soft panel are necessary in the software. The design is validated by the actual usage of the hard panel in Ningde NPP FSS.
