经营管理模拟实训考核评价体系研究

摘    要:经营管理模拟实训已逐渐成为经管类高校的重要实训手段,但是目前经营管理实训在教学过程中仍然存在一些问题。建立科学合理的模拟实训考核评价体系能够有效引导学生在模拟实训中合理运用知识、培养能力,进而提高实训效果。

Abstract:Management simulation training has become an important training tool in Universities. However,there are still some problems at management training in the teaching process currently.Es-tablishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of simulation training can effectively guide students in the use of simulation training in rational knowledge,build capacity,and improve training effect.
