| 摘 要： | 对重庆市1990年以来高等教育发展状况和现有结构进行分析，认为重庆市高等教育发展十分迅速，但仍然存在着地区之间发展不均衡、发展质量跟不上发展速度、教育结构与经济结构不匹配等问题。对此，提出逐步调整高校学科结构、加强师资力量建设的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the situation and structure of higher education in Chongqing since 1990.We conclude that development of higher education in Chongqing is very fast,but there are some problem in this process,such as uneven development between regions,the quality of develop-ment not keeping up with the pace of quantity,and educational structure not matching the economic structure.At last,we propose to adjust the disciplines of subject in university,and improve ability of teachers to promote further higher education development in Chongqing. |
