摘    要:选取重庆市1995—2012年的经济增长与工业废水、废气及废弃物等经济和环境数据,构建了人均GDP和"工业三废"之间的模型,对重庆市环境库兹涅茨曲线的存在性进行了检验。研究发现:基于工业废气的环境库兹涅茨曲线具有典型的倒N型特征;基于工业废水和固体废弃物的库茨涅茨曲线具有弱倒N型特征,可以看作近似倒U型的右半侧;重庆市的产业结构特征有利于工业废水和固体废弃物的减排,但不利于工业废气的减排,甚至工业废气的排放还可能有增长趋势。基于重庆市环境库兹涅茨曲线的特征提出了能源结构调整的建议,并提出了调整研究数据和质量指标的进一步研究展望。

Abstract:Firstly, the data of economic growth and industrial waste water, waste gas and waste of economy and environment of Chongqing since 1995-2012 were selected to construct a model between per capita GDP and "industrial waste". Then we examined the existence of Municipal Environmental Kuznets Curve in Chongqing. The study finds a typical inverted N-type feature of the industrial waste gas based on the environmental Kuznets curve. However, the Kuznets curves of the industrial wastewater and solid waste have weak reverse N-type characteristics, which can be regarded as similar to an inverted U-right hemi. The industrial structure of Chongqing is in favor of the reduction of industrial wastewater and solid waste, but is not conducive to industrial waste gases' reductions, and industrial waste gases may even have a growth trend. Based on the characteristics of environmental Kuznets Curve of Chongqing, we proposed some suggestions for adjusting the energy structure. Moreover, future work can be further studied by modifying the research data and quality indicators.
