| 摘 要： | 为了设计出满足需求,并且最节省材料的膜片,对两种钢片挠性联轴器的膜片进行了有限元分析.分别计算一定规格的四孔,六孔骨片在各种工况下的应力状况.分析出了厚度、孔数、片数等因素对膜片性能及螺栓负荷的影响规律.其次,结合骨片材料的许用应力以及螺栓的许用应力,给出了实际膜片所需骨片数的计算方法,对膜片的具体设计提供了参考依据.

| Abstract: | The stress are analyzed for four and six holes membrance with certain specification under given load in the help of element analyze software ANSYS.We summarize some affactions to membrane caused by some forms of factors such as thickness,the number of holes and flaps.And according to the permited stress of material and bolts,the number of the flaps are calculated. |
