| 摘 要： | 案例依托GIS技术,提出划分土方平衡单元概念,并结合情景规划方法制定了衢州工业新城乌引南片区的开发时序,在复杂地形条件下,不改变已有规划道路网,较好地处理了项目规模、竖向规划、开发时序三者之间的矛盾。

| Abstract: | Based on GIS and scenario planning,the development schedule of the South Wuyin Area in Quzhou Industry New Town has been formulated by presenting the concept of earthwork balance unit in this paper.Under the complex terrain conditions,the conflicts among the scale of projects,vertical planning and development schedule are well resolved without changing the existing road system plan. |
