发电机故障分析与避雷器的选择

摘    要:某热电厂2号发电机遭受雷电过电压时,发生了击穿,造成了发电机跳闸损坏。分析表明是避雷器选型错误,即使用了额定电压为10.5kV,型号为YH5WZ-17.5/45的变电站专用避雷器,而正确选择应为YH5WD-13.5/31的电站型专用避雷器。阐明了选择发电机避雷器的原则:不论发电机输送的电力系统结构有多么复杂、情况有多么特殊、谐振过电压的发生机率有多高,必须根据发电机的额定电压,选择发电机专用的避雷器。

Abstract:A generator tripping failure took place at ingress of lightning surge leading to its breakdown.Analysis revealed mistaken selection of station type surge arrester YH5WZ-17.5 / 45 of rated voltage 10.5 kV instead of YH5WD-13.5 / 31 type.The criteria of surge arrester selection were described as follows: a generator type of surge arrester shall be selected in accordance with its rated voltage regardless texture complex and specificity of power system associated with generator,and probability of harmonic over-voltage occurrence.
